We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in KSA and/or UAE regulations, to join our growing team in Beirut, Lebanon.

The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations in KSA and UAE, preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions for KSA and UAE-based clients: AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations and monthly closing
• Prepare and review financial statements, and manage invoicing processes
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with ZATCA (KSA) and FTA (UAE) regulations, including VAT-related reconciliations and documentation
• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting and audit preparation
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks and government authorities when required
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, supporting UAE or KSA-based companies or clients
• Previous experience with KSA or UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, FTA requirements, ZATCA and statutory compliance
• Experience preparing VAT returns and handling VAT-related reconciliations and documentation
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
• Relevant certificates (CPA, ACCA) are a plus
• Strong bookkeeping and transactional accounting skills, including experience with general ledgers and accounts reconciliation
• High attention to detail, integrity and commitment to accuracy
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

We are looking for an experienced ERP (Odoo) implementation specialist to join our growing team in Beirut, Lebanon.

The Odoo Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end deployment projects of Odoo ERP solutions for clients across various industries. From understanding client requirements and mapping business processes, to configuring and tailoring solutions to every client's needs, through to delivering end-user training, this role covers the full implementation cycle.

What you will do

• Gather and analyse business requirements from clients across various industries
• Map business processes and lead client workshops to define implementation scope
• Configure standard Odoo modules tailored to client needs
• Coordinate with developers on customisation and system integrations
• Support data migration and conduct system testing
• Deliver end-user training and prepare functional documentation
• Manage project timelines and report on implementation progress to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks; troubleshoot functional issues
• Provide post go-live support and ensure a smooth transition to the new system
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to improving implementation methodologies and best practices

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience implementing Odoo ERP or a similar ERP solution
• Strong understanding of business processes, including Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR and Project Management
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional Odoo solutions
• Hands-on experience configuring Odoo modules and supporting end-to-end ERP implementations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise business processes
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with experience conducting workshops and user training
• Experience with data migration, testing, deployment and post-implementation support
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Odoo Studio, workflows, reporting and a basic understanding of Python/PostgreSQL is an advantage
• Experience with digital transformations, ERP consulting or business process improvement is a plus
