The client is a mid-sized construction and engineering firm operating in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, undergoing organisational transformation. It employs approximately 500 full-time equivalents with a mix of white-collar and blue-collar staff, and is preparing for growth across multiple GCC jurisdictions. The project involved analysing current HR needs and implementing a tailored HRMS across both markets.
Scope of work
- Analyse current HR needs across operations in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia
- Implement a tailored HRMS covering payroll, personnel records, time and attendance tracking and mobile self-service
- Full integration with the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Prepare the organisation for growth across multiple GCC jurisdictions

- Seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, unifying data flow across HR and finance, with API-based connectivity for attendance and payroll for both employees and contractors
- Structured data migration from legacy systems and manual records, with organisational hierarchy, roles and authority matrix configured for current and future structures
- Role-based access control across white-collar, blue-collar and manager categories, with secure mobile access for all employees
- A hybrid implementation with remote configuration, on-ground support, final on-site validation and a go-live readiness assessment
- End-user training for HR staff and managers, and an HR authority matrix supporting the restructuring
