The situation
The client is a leading Saudi workforce solutions and human capital services provider serving public, semi-government and private sectors across the Kingdom, delivering recruitment, outsourcing, HR consulting and nationalisation programmes. It plays a strategic role in advancing Vision 2030 employment and localisation objectives at scale. Synergi was engaged to design, structure and commercialise a new functional outsourcing service line.
Scope of work
- End-to-end design of the functional outsourcing offering: service catalogue, value proposition, target industries and commercialisation framework
- A detailed pricing architecture covering cost structure, revenue logic, contribution margins, scalability assumptions and financial projections
- A sector-based client segmentation model across public, semi-government and private, with targeting criteria and an engagement approach for each
- A scalable operating and governance model: roles and responsibilities, governance layers, KPIs, performance management and reporting mechanisms
- A nearshoring rollout and delivery enablement framework, including talent enablement, operational readiness and expansion phases
- A complete go-to-market strategy with positioning, competitive differentiation, messaging, sales approach and a phased launch roadmap
