Systems Implementation

ERP, HRMS and business-application implementations led end to end, from selection through configuration and integration to the first clean period-end after go-live.

What it covers

What a systems implementation covers

Delivered as

  • Consulting
  • Manpower Augmentation
  • BPO

Selection

Requirements gathered from the processes that will actually run on the system, then a shortlist and a recommendation on evidence rather than on whichever vendor called first.

  • Requirements
  • Shortlist

Configuration

The platform built around the agreed processes rather than around its own defaults, with a modular architecture that can take the next function without a rebuild.

  • Configuration
  • Architecture

Integration

The connections that make the data one set of numbers instead of several: HR to finance, payroll to the general ledger, and the reporting layer on top.

  • Integration
  • Data flow

Data migration

What comes across, what is archived, and how the two are reconciled and signed off before anyone goes live on them.

  • Migration
  • Reconciliation

Training and adoption

The people who will use the system are trained on the processes they will actually run, not on a generic product tour.

  • Training
  • Adoption

Hypercare

The weeks after go-live, when a system either beds in or quietly gets worked around. Someone accountable is still on the engagement.

  • Go-live
  • Support

How it runs

How an implementation runs

Led end to end by our own project management, from global SAP programmes to transformation office management.

  1. Select

Requirements, shortlist, demonstrations against your own processes, and a recommendation with the reasoning attached.

  2. Configure and integrate

Build the platform around the agreed processes and connect it to what it has to live alongside.

  3. Migrate and test

Move the data, reconcile it, and test the end-to-end process rather than the screen.

  4. Go live and hypercare

A dated cutover, then real support through the first cycles until the numbers come out right without help.

Questions

Questions we are asked about systems implementation

Do you sell the software?
No, and that is deliberate. We are not a reseller for any vendor, so the selection stage can recommend the system that fits rather than the one we are paid to place. We have implemented Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Menaitech, Zoho Books and SAP among others.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the number of entities, the state of the data and how much process change comes with it. As a reference point, an HRMS deployed across two GCC countries for around 500 employees ran about two months from needs analysis to go-live readiness.
What happens to the data we already have?
It is migrated in a structured pass, whether it currently lives in a legacy system or in spreadsheets. Organisational hierarchy, roles and the authority matrix are configured to reflect the structure you are moving to, not only the one you have.
Who trains our people?
We do, before go-live, separately for administrators and for managers. Adoption is part of the engagement rather than an afterthought — a system nobody uses is a failed implementation whatever the configuration looks like.
What is hypercare?
The period immediately after go-live when the team is still learning the system and the first real transactions are running through it. We stay on it through the first clean period-end, which is the point at which an implementation is genuinely finished.
