Sevag brings more than 20 years of experience, with particular strengths in high profile recruitments, transformation, performance management, optimization and HR strategy in multi-cultural and plurilingual environments in both growth and volatile markets.

Prior to True, Sevag, worked in various C-level functions, the most recent being the largest healthcare network in the United Arab Emirates during Covid-19.  Before that he served in a leadership role in the most important European EPC contractor, where the company grew from a team of 150 to 4,000. Sevag was also the first employee of the largest western media groups and was part of the founding team that built a phenomenal news organization, becoming a beacon of enlightenment during a critical period for the Arab world.

Sevag started his career within the consulting practice at Ernst & Young Middle East where he worked for seven years.  He holds a masters degree and is fluent in four languages including English, French, Arabic and Armenian.
