Managing Payroll and Compensation Operations for circa more than 750 Full-time Resources across the different verticals of Mubadala in the UAE ensuring accurate and timely compensation . This includes managing the entire payroll lifecycle, from initiation to posting, while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.
The Process is running on Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS solution with little or no involvement from other stakeholders in the process.
Strategic scope includes creation of a Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on process enhancement and providing subject matter expertise (SME) within the organization. The CoE will drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices in payroll and compensation operations increasing internal efficiency across departments.
