We are happy to announce the establishment of “Innovawave LLC”, Ethmar International Holding” (EIH) newest entity.

Innovawave LLC will be EIH’s technological arm focused on IT project management, Solutions’ implementation, IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity as well as Managed IT services.

Innovawave LLC will operate in the UAE as well as in Romania. This will be the first entry of EIH group to the European Union with the aim of further international expansion in the short term.

The announcement ceremony was attended by Mr. Ali El Gebely Managing Director and Group CEO and Mr. Mansoor Al Mheiri EIH Vice Chairman.
